POUNDfit with Khris

We had so much fun the first time – that we are doing it AGAIN! Come exercise with us!!

POUNDfit with Khris is offering you a very high energy workout!! If you’ve always secretly wanted to be a rock star, you’ll love the POUND® workout. Khristie’s class will get you squatting, lunging, and sweating to a fun energic beat!

Classes will fill up fast due to a 30 participant limit to allow for proper social distancing.
