Maple Salmon Crudo – sumac / dulse / olive oil / smoked sea salt

Beet “Tartar” – olive crostini / fermented cabbage / dill / quinoa

 

Chop Chop Lunch .  $15 

First Course:

Filet Oh Smelt Sandwich – shredded lettuce / Gribiche sauce / hand cut fries

OR

Pasta Fagioli – kale / pasta / romano beans / caramelized onions / garlic / tomato / garlic bread

Second Course:

Dessert with lunches chocolate pudding with salted caramel

 

Chop Chop Dinner .  $35 

First Course:

Smelt Boquerones – leeks vinaigrette/ hen egg

OR

Roasted Cauliflower – piri piri / labneh / pumkin seeds

Second Course:

Whole Ocean Perch – Escabeche “style” / vegetables

OR

Roasted Butter Nut Squash – brown Butter / goat cheese / walnut “crumble” / baby kale / balsamic

Third Course:

Sweet Cider Vinegar Pie – Haskap / anglaise
